Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how Bloomi uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It works alongside our Privacy Policy. Optional cookies are off by default and are never set until you opt in.

You're always in control. Open your preferences any time to review or change your choices:

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They're widely used to make sites work, to remember your choices, and to understand how a site is used. Similar technologies such as localStorage may be used for the same purposes. We keep no personal information in our consent record, only your category choices, the policy version you agreed to, and a timestamp.

Cookie categories

We group cookies into the following categories:

Essential cookies

Always on

Required for security, page navigation, and core functionality. These keep Bloomi working and can't be switched off.

Examples: Consent storage, security, basic site operation.

Preferences cookies

Optional · off by default

Remember choices like your cookie settings, theme, and reduced-motion preference so the site stays consistent for you.

Examples: Saved cookie settings, display preferences.

Analytics cookies

Optional · off by default

Help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Data is aggregated and never used to identify you.

Examples: Anonymous page views, aggregate usage trends.

Marketing cookies

Optional · off by default

Measure how our launch campaigns perform and tailor them. Bloomi does not use these by default.

Examples: Campaign measurement, audience tailoring.

Cookies we set

We keep the list short. These are the only cookies Bloomi sets directly, and both are strictly necessary:

NamePurposeExpiryCategory
bloomi_vidAn anonymous, signed identifier used only to rate-limit the contact form and prevent spam and abuse. It holds a random value plus a signature — no personal information — and cannot identify you or track you across other sites.180 daysEssential
bloomi_cookie_consentRemembers your cookie choices and the policy version you agreed to, so we don't ask again on every visit.~6 monthsEssential

Because bloomi_vid exists solely for security and abuse prevention, it is set when you use the contact form regardless of your optional-cookie choices and without waiting for consent. It is never used for analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking.

Managing your choices

There are several ways to set or change your preferences:

  • The banner. On your first visit, choose Accept all, Reject optional, or Manage preferences.
  • Cookie preferences. Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer (or the button above) to reopen the settings any time.
  • Reset. Choose Reset cookie preferences in the settings to clear your saved choice; the banner will appear again on your next visit.
  • Your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some essential features may not work correctly if you do.

If our policy changes, we update the version below and ask for your consent again so your choice always reflects the current policy.

Third-party & tracking technologies

Bloomi does not load third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing tags by default. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, those technologies will load only after you grant the matching consent, and never before. Marketing technologies behave the same way and remain off unless you opt in.
